Consultation
Not every challenge requires psychotherapy. Sometimes what you need is focused guidance, expert perspective, and practical strategies. While therapy is an ongoing process of treatment and reflective personal growth, consultation is time-limited, goal-oriented, and advisory. It draws on my training as a psychologist and my years of experience working with diverse individuals and organizations. Consultation offers a collaborative space to explore specific concerns, gain clarity, and identify next steps.
